Most people want to sit around and talk about how everything is just a conspiracy theory? Ok. Have at it. But I dare you to argue with text from the bill. Argue with the text and tell me it’s a conspiracy theory.

How many people take the time to actually read at least a small portion of the bills that our government passes? Keep in mind that this video is 8 days old.

I have already tried to make excuses myself. But was unable to come up with a valid excuse as to why our government appropriated the funds the way that they did.

UKRAINE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT of 2022

I barely covered a small portion of this bill. A bill that is 2,741 pages long. And it took me over an hour to account for just 2.5 billion ($2,553,569,000.00) roughly. By the end of reading the entire bill, I accounted for over $10 billion which goes towards military operations. Not just our own military and DOD either.

I am going to offer this question.

Is our government preparing for a war in Ukraine? Because the funding in this bill really makes one speculate that it is. This is what you would imagine war preparations look like if they are thrown into a funding bill. And I am saying that from a combat veterans' perspective.

Would you like to know where just a small portion is going? At least what I could read in a couple of hours. Which was more than enough to piss me off. Buckle up. Keep in mind we already passed a fiscal budget, and this is additional relief SPECIFICALLY FOR UKRAINE.

Division N page 1833

Title 1

$100 million for “Food for peace” Department of Agriculture

Title 2 Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security

$22.1 million

Department of Justice

$9.7 million FOR SALARIES AND EXPENSES (tax funded raises and retainers?) FOR WHAT?

United States Attorney’s Office

$5 million FOR SALARIES AND EXPENSES (tax funded raises?)

National Security Division

$1.1 million FOR SALARIES AND EXPENSES (get the hint yet?)

SALARIES SALARIES SALARIES!

THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION

$43.6 million FOR SALARIES AND EXPEENSES (what the does the FBI need $43 million for? And why is it going towards their salaries? What is the FBI going to do in Ukraine? Investigate Putin? Or do we plan to fund investigation into the separatists that still want to be a part of Russia?)

TITLE 3 DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (The most troubling and thought provoking)

“Personnel” even though the DOD already has a budget for personnel and troop movement.

Army $130.377 million, Navy $11.645 million, Marines $3.079 million, Air Force $50.396 million

LOOKS LIKE THEY WANT TO PRE-FUND TROOP MOVEMENT TO AND AROUND UKRAINE!

What is the most important part of troop movement? As a soldier, I will tell you. Logistics. Which include operations and maintenance. They covered that.

OPERATIONS AND MAINTENENCE

Army $1.113 billion (A BILLION!! Someone is preparing for massive troop movement. Or are they?) Navy $202.797 million, Marines $21.44 million, Air Force $415.442 million, Space Force $800k (what is Space Force going to do? Shoot laser beams and MRE’s into Ukraine?)

ADDITIONAL FUNDS (what are the additional DOD funds for? Clean up the biological labs? Send Special Forces in? WHAT THE IS IT FOR?)

Additional Funds $311.583 Million

PROCUREMENT (the action or occupation of acquiring military equipment or supplies)

Air Force $213.693 million, Additional Funds $14.259 million

RESEARCH, DEVELOPEMENT, TEST and EVALUATION (Research and development for what? DOD IS ALREADY FUNDED)
